3. When do we collect personal data?

GoCo collects personal data about you when you:

1. Sign up as a subscriber to any of GoCo's newsletters,

2. Is a tenant of any property held by sister companies of GoCo,

3. Make an expression of interest to one of GoCo's projects,

4. Make an expression of interest to one of GoCo's services,

5. If it is otherwise necessary to administer the relationship between you and GoCo.

4. How long is the data stored?

We save the data for as long as it is necessary with regard to the purposes of the processing. We may save the data longer if we are required to do so by law or to safeguard our legal interests, for example if there is an ongoing legal process.

5. Why does GoCo process data about you?

GoCo processes your personal data for various purposes. Primarily, GoCo processes personal data for the purpose of carrying out and administering tenant commitments, expressions of interest and sales activities

6. Who do we disclose the information to?

GoCo may disclose personal data if it is necessary, to comply with applicable legal requirements or requirements from authorities, to safeguard GoCo's legal interests or to detect, prevent or draw attention to fraud and other security or technical problems.

This Privacy Policy may be adjusted from time to time. You can always find an updated version here on the website.

8. Right to request information, corrections, etc.

If you do not want GoCo to process your personal data for direct marketing, you can report this to GoCo in writing or by email.

You have the right to receive information once per calendar year about what personal data GoCo processes about you and for what purpose (so-called register extract). You also have the right to have incorrect, misleading or incomplete data corrected, blocked, de-identified or deleted.
