GoCo Active will not only be beneficial for elite athletes but will also focus on public health and the everyday workers mental and physical activity. It will be a building and a digital platform, which aims to find solutions to some of the world's biggest health challenges within performance, recovery, research, and education. To highlight the importance of access to health care for everyone, to prevent disease and generate better public health.

Medley establishes 3000 square meters for preventive health in upcoming GoCo Active. Medley is Sweden's largest company operating baths and fitness facilities. The modern facility is created to meet elite athletes as well as the general public in a completely new way with two pools, a multi-arena for sports, and an elite training center of 400 square meters.

The construction of GoCo Active is planned to start late 2023 with a first tenant move-in by the end of the summer 2025. Medley signs an agreement for approximately 30 percent of the property's space and a dialogue is now underway with several parties to find the right tenant mix that will contribute to the creation of a world-class centre through new cross-border collaborations.
