Children and young people spend too much time sitting still and the consequences are great to physical and mental health. Children who are physically active feel better, experience less stress and are more susceptible to learning. Furthermore, non-active children suffer an increased risk of public health diseases such as obesity and diabetes.
In collaboration with actors within the region and Generation PEP we invite you to a focus day full of inspiration and important dialogues highlighting physical activity among children and young people. Together we can make a difference!
Program 09.00-12.30 Please note that the program will be held in Swedish
