GoCo Living is an important ingredient that truly makes GoCo Health Innovation City come alive. The new apartments are estimated to be move-in ready from spring 2024 and consist of both condominiums and rental apartments. The apartments will be built in a block with 4-10 floors where the variation in height creates optimal conditions for both sedum roofs and solar cells.
