Poh-Keh premiere — The new restaurant to open at GoCo Health Innovation City

GoCo is already a vibrant melting pot of people and activity. Behind this rapid development lies new value-adding partnerships – the latest is the opening of Hawaiian restaurant Poh-Keh.

The popularity of the local Poke restaurant has helped them expand quickly around Gothenburg. Now it’s confirmed that their sixth location will be in GoCo Health Innovation City, adding another healthy and delicious food alternative to the mix.

"We’re creating this place and what it offers in terms of service, culture and restaurants for our tenants. We’re delighted to welcome Poh-Keh to GoCo Health Innovation City. Just as Olssons Mat, they’re in line with our focus on healthy foods and their popularity aligns with our vision of GoCo as a destination," says Marie Uddenmyr, community manager at GoCo Health Innovation City.

Poke is Hawaiian for ”to slice” and is in its original version diced raw fish, with different additional ingredients. It’s one of the main dishes of traditional Hawaiian cuisine and is now globally available in both conventional and modern versions. The latter is often time served in a Poke Bowl with a broad choice of ingredients.
