People and health
The whole district is designed with the ambition to make people take unconscious, healthier choices. Hence, the health concept in GoCo will affect the physical environment. Attractive environments, combined with physical meeting areas increases the possibility for companies to collaborate and excel the innovation rate.
Welcoming to all
At GoCo, the whole family will be able to take part in the health concept through activities adapted to people of all ages and abilities. If you like to be outdoor, there is a green area just next to GoCo. In the future, a gym will also be built within the neighbourhood.
A non smoking area
GoCo Health Innovation City cares for all people’s health. Therefore, smoking is forbidden within the entire GoCo Health Innovation City. This also includes 7,5m from all entrances, the parking areas and all air intakes.
Public Transportation
By travelling with the public transport, you will likely reach GoCo within half an hour from most areas of Gothenburg, especially when the train network “Västlänken” is completed in 2026. The closest bus stop is called ”GoCo” and is just a five-minute walk from GoCo House. From 2024 a bus will arrive and depart from GoCo approximately every fifth minute. Other bus stops in service are called “Neongatan” and “AstraZeneca” and are a short walk away. Buses arrive to Mölndal C, Korsvägen (Gothenburg City) and Frölunda. Look up your travelling route within the public transport app “Västtrafik To-Go”.
Bicycle parking and bikes
Bike parking is available all over GoCo Health Innovation City. In addition several spots also offer bicycle rooms and bike services. The first floor of GoCo House offers indoor bike parking and changing rooms with showers. Bike parking is also available in the Car Park next to GoCo House.
GoCo House Parking
GoCo House Parking is located next to GoCo House. Parking permits are purchased using https://molndalsparkering.se/goco/. The parking permit allows for parking within the area, no parking lot is specified for each person or company. Visitors can also park in the GoCo Car Park. It is possible to pay per hour with the following parking apps: Mölndals Parkering, Göteborgs Parkering, EasyPark or Parkster. Electrical bike parking is available in the GoCo House Parking.
GoCo Mobility Hub
The new district is designed for future health. Therefore, sustainable transportation and an active commute is strongly recommended. Residents can choose between a range of flexible and sustainable transportation possibilities. Taking the bus one day, while taking the bike another day.
GoCo is collaborating with the mobility service provider EC2B. They can assist with designing company travel policies. The operator EC2B will also run the mobility hub of GoCo Health Innovation City, where a range of different services will be provided (e.g. leasing services of bikes, electric bikes, and electric cars) at GoCo House. Resvana - the smart travelling application
To support smooth and sustainable transition to new habits and travelling to GoCo, a service for smart travelling habits is provided in the area. The platform Resvana guide users with interesting and useful tips and information that makes it easier to travel sustainable to and from work. It is easy to use, download app or sign in on desktop to register, open email to verify link, visit “smart travel habits” and travel smoothly.
Examples on how to use Resvana
• Commute more sustainable with tips on cycling, walking paths, public transport in Mölndal and more. All collected in one place.
• Locate the transportation hubs in the area (bike rental stations, bike pumps, carpools, etc.)
• Choose travel-free meetings
• Make comparisons to see how much carbon dioxide you can save
GoCo House
GoCo House is created to accelerate collaboration between actors within GoCo Health Innovation City. The first two floors are designed for buzz, spontaneous meetings between people, with plenty of social areas. In the building there are also extended services such as a conference area, various meeting rooms, studio, restaurant, bar and café.
Designed for cross-border collaboration
GoCo House is a mixed tenant building, meaning that it holds residents from several different organisations under the same roof. The vibrant atmosphere and inspiring architecture, together with the unique culture where creativity is encouraged, makes GoCo House a natural place to meet and network over company-boarders.
Service desk
GoCo House offers extended services in the building. The service desk is open between 8AM-5PM. Located in the main entrance of GoCo House and manages: access to the building, event requests, booking of meeting rooms and conference, help desk – report of errors.
Shared Areas
GoCo House is designed to provide a creative environment for spontaneous meetings. The entrance floor offers a shared microwave-room, lunch area, restaurant with chambre séparée, café, bar, studio, work lounge, nursery room and bicycle parking. The shared areas in the entrance floor also holds three meeting rooms. Residents at GoCo House are allowed to book these meeting rooms free of charge.
Visiting address and main entrance
The main entrance is located on the west side of the building. The opening hours of the main entrance are between 7AM-5PM. Residents with access can enter the building at all hours.

Mail and receiving goods
Mailing boxes for Office Hub residents will be in the Office Hub area. Please contact sofie.rosendahl@goco.se if your company require a mailbox in GoCo House. The delivery address to Office Hub residents is Förändringens gata 10 431 53 Mölndal.

Activities in GoCo House
Through the year several community activities will be hosted in GoCo House. Happenings on site will activate the building to establish a dynamic and playful environment and truly make it a hotspot on individual and company level.
Participation
Residents are welcome to participate in the activities on site. The purpose is to establish a great place to work while engaging residents to find new relevant interactions between different organizations.
Calendar and booking
Tickets to participate are booked via the website calendar. Some activities in the program will have a cost related to them at booking, while others are free of charge or sponsored by partners.
Conference
GoCo House Conference Area is located on the first floor. Residents have the possibility to book rooms from 8 to 60 people at a reduced cost. The conference is equipped with digital meeting setups, like screens, whiteboards, and speakers. Conference bookings are made through conference@goco.se.
Winter Garden
The popular winter garden is free of charge and available for GoCo residents to enjoy.
Meeting rooms at the entrance floor
Residents have the possibility to book meeting rooms, free of charge. Three meeting rooms for eight people can be reserved through a digital booking system.
A healthy concept
The restaurant concepts, Nola Bistro and Vigor & Joy Café, will both be operated by Coor. Both the bistro and the cafe will represent health and enjoyment, with the ambition to create a healthy experience, without renouncing the good things in life. The sustainability approach is consistent with a strong focus on green food and local collaborations.
Café and Bar
Vigor & Joy Café is located on the entrance floor. In the café, you can buy coffee, fruits and salads among other things. During the afternoon, the café can turn into a bar, a perfect spot for events and networking. Vigor & Joy Café will be open weekdays from breakfast to afternoon.
Restaurant
The restaurant Nola Bistro is located on the entrance floor. The restaurant serves climate friendly and healthy dishes. Nola Bistro is open for lunch and offers catering and evening events. A perfect place for events, such as dinners and mingles. Before and after the restaurant’s opening hours, the seating area can be used as common area for discussions and work.

Shared lunchroom
Regardless your choice of lunch, GoCo promotes spontaneous meetings during lunchtime at the entrance floor. Hence, here it is possible to prepare and heat your packed lunch box in our shared lunchroom. All the basic equipment is provided, such as microwaves, crockery and cutlery.
GoCo Office Hub
The Office Hub is a shared workspace created in order to accelerate health innovation. Members in the Office Hub have the opportunity to meet and connect with other companies within the life science sector.
Services Office Hub members only
As a member of the Office Hub, refreshments such as coffee, tea, fruit and sparkling water is free of charge. IT-services like printing possibilities and free Wi-Fi is included. The premises are fully equipped with work desks, lounge areas and kitchenettes.
Rooms that are included
Within the Office Hub, members can book meeting rooms for up to 14 people and use small focus and talk rooms for one person. The meeting and conference rooms are equipped with digital meeting solutions.
